As a chapter, we could have only made it this far – colonization, rechartering, 50 members, top chapter, True Merit – without the devotion of those who came before us, backing us and pushing us forward. The Delta Omicron community is strong, vast, and growing because of the work of our active members, friends of the chapter, and the alumni that have led the way, setting the path that we're treading now in directions old and new. But to continue to expand we need the continued support from all those who love ATO. If you're an alumni or a parent or anyone who wants to get more connected, please feel free to sign up for our monthly newsletter by clicking the link below to get monthly updates on what us Taus are up to. If you're an ATO who has graduated from Drake University, we'd love if you would fill out the alumni survey to expand our network and help you get back in touch with other alums. If you do, you'll receive the exclusive alumni newsletter, be sent more info about our chapter, and get invited to ATO events like reunions, networking events, and new member initiations. You'll also be able to reconnect with old brothers and meet some new ones. To expand your ATO circle even more, feel free to poke around the Life Loyal Tau website for ATOs active and alum. It's linked below!
One of the things that bonds all ATOs are the traditions passed down through the classes and generations, between members and schools, creating an unparalleled international community of gentlemen bound in brotherhood. One of the ways our history is passed down through the songs we've shared. Below there is a link to a selection of traditional ATO tunes. Every chapter has favorites, while nowadays Delta Omicron sings "Our Jewels" at the end of every chapter meeting and will serenade sweethearts with the aptly named "Sweetheart of ATO," although "ATO Girl" is preferred by our alumni. Of course, we love our school as well as ATO, and some of Drake University's storied anthems and fight songs have been included as well. To learn a little more about our chapter and its traditions, or to brush up on your scales, click the link to open up the Drake ATO Song Book.
